An Echo is your collaborative keepsake book inside Forever Echoes. It brings together stories, memories, wisdom, photos, and heartfelt contributions from the people you invite, then turns them into a polished digital and printable book.
Open the app, tap to create a new Echo, choose a title, and set up the chapters or prompts you want contributors to respond to. From there, you can invite family and friends, review submissions, and shape the final book before ordering.
Yes. The app is free to download. Creating and organizing your Echo starts in the app, and any optional print purchases happen later when you are ready to turn your Echo into a physical book.
Forever Echoes is designed for modern iPhone and Android devices. If you are using a current mobile OS version and have a stable internet connection, you should have the best experience.
From your Echo dashboard, tap the contributor invite option and add each person by name and contact details. They will receive an invitation and can jump directly into the chapter or prompt you assigned to them.
Yes. Organizers can review submitted chapters, request revisions, and continue refining content before the Echo is finalized for sharing or printing.
The AI interview guides contributors with thoughtful follow-up questions, helping them tell richer stories without staring at a blank page. It turns spoken or typed responses into a polished draft that can still be reviewed and edited before submission.
Yes. Voice memos are a great option for contributors who would rather talk naturally than type. They can capture stories in their own voice, and those memories can still become part of the finished Echo.
Your Echo can include multiple chapters so you can capture stories from many people and cover different themes. The ideal number depends on the occasion, but the experience is designed to support meaningful multi-chapter books, not just a single note or message.
Absolutely. As the organizer, you can shape the flow of the book by changing chapter order before you finalize the Echo.
Once invited, contributors follow their invitation link, open the app, and go straight to the chapter or prompt waiting for them. The experience is designed to be simple, even for people who are not especially tech-savvy.
For the best experience, yes. The mobile app is where contributors can respond to prompts, use the AI interview, upload content, and track their progress smoothly.
Contributors work on their own draft until they are ready to submit. Once submitted, you can review it as the organizer and decide whether any revisions are needed before it becomes part of the final Echo.
You can send a follow-up reminder and, if needed, adjust your timeline or invite someone else to contribute. Many organizers also keep momentum up by sharing a deadline and letting contributors know how much their story will mean in the final book.
Once finalized, your Echo is prepared as a complete book experience. You can review the finished layout, share the digital version, and move into print ordering when you are ready.

Pricing varies based on format, page count, and order quantity. You will see final pricing before checkout so there are no surprises when you place your order.
Shipping timing depends on production and destination, but most orders include a production window plus shipping time at checkout so you can plan around birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, or other important dates.
Yes. If your Echo remains available in your account, you can come back later and order additional copies for family, friends, or keepsakes.
Your stories, photos, and personal memories are private by default. Access is limited to the people involved with your Echo unless you choose to share more broadly. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account from within the app settings. Once requested, your account and associated data are scheduled for permanent removal according to our retention policy.
If you need to update your account email, contact support and we will help you securely verify and update your account details.
Only the organizer and invited participants involved with that Echo should be able to access its contents unless the organizer intentionally shares it more broadly. You stay in control of who is invited into the experience.
