By creating an account or using Forever Echoes, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TayCoop Studios.

Forever Echoes is a platform for creating collaborative memory books ("Echoes"). The service allows users to:

• Collect stories, wisdom, and memories from multiple contributors
• Create personalized chapters with text, photos, and voice recordings
• Use AI-assisted interviews and chapter generation
• Design and order printed books
• Share digital versions with family and friends

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forever Echoes.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create and submit, including stories, photos, voice recordings, and other creative works. Forever Echoes does not claim ownership of your content.

License: By submitting content, you grant Forever Echoes a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, display, and print your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating chapters, creating books, delivering notifications to other participants).

Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit. Do not submit content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is hateful, abusive, or harmful
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy the application
• Violate any intellectual property rights

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Pricing: Prices for printed books and premium features are displayed before purchase. Prices may change at any time.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@foreverechoesapp.com.

Refunds may not be available for printed books that have already been shipped.

Fulfillment: Printed books are fulfilled by our third-party printing partner, Lulu. We share your shipping address with Lulu to complete your order.

Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and production schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by the printer or shipping carrier.

Quality: We strive to ensure high-quality printing, but minor variations in color and print quality may occur. If you receive a defective book, contact us for a replacement.

The Forever Echoes branding, design, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by TayCoop Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without our written permission.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Echos you organized will be removed along with all associated content
• Printed books already shipped cannot be recalled

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Forever Echoes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TayCoop Studios and Forever Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Forever Echoes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
